Terms of Service

Kingdom System Learning is an online course platform operated by Kingdom Media. The platform provides structured courses based on the Kingdom Governance System, delivered through a subscription service at kingdomsystemlearning.com.

Access to Kingdom System Learning requires a monthly subscription at $9.95/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. [email protected]

After the 30-day guarantee window has passed, subscription charges are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform continues through the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Payments are processed by Stripe via GoHighLevel. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Kingdom Media does not store your full payment details.

Upon active subscription, Kingdom Media grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to access and use course content on the platform. This license is for your individual use only.

Content may not be:

• Redistributed, resold, or sublicensed to others
• Republished, reproduced, or displayed publicly without written permission
• Used for commercial purposes outside of what is expressly permitted in writing

One account per subscriber. Sharing your account login credentials with others is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Kingdom Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds outside of the 30-day guarantee window.

Course content is based on Kingdom Governance System teachings as documented by Charlie Lewis. This content is provided for educational and spiritual development purposes only. Nothing in the course content constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Media's liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Kingdom Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the State of Georgia.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
